Thank you for choosing Amzn Book Publishers. We want you to be confident in your purchase and satisfied with our services. This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and options if you are not fully satisfied with your order.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Company: Referred to as “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement, refers to Amzn Book Publishers, 7444 Long Ave, Skokie, IL 60077.

Goods: The items or digital deliverables offered for sale through our Website.

Orders: A request by You to purchase Goods or Services from Us.

Services: Includes publishing, editing, design, formatting, audiobook, and related services provided by Us.

Website: Refers to https://amznbookpublishers.com/.

You: The individual accessing or using the Service, or the company/legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service.

2. Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 45 days of purchase, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 45 days after:

• The date you received the Goods, OR
• The date a third-party (not the carrier) appointed by you takes possession of the Goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly by email: info@amznassistedpublishing.com.

We will issue reimbursement no later than 14 business days from the day we receive the returned Goods (or confirmation of cancellation for Services not yet started). Refunds will be made to your original method of payment without additional fees.

3. Conditions for Returns

For physical Goods to be eligible for a return, they must:

• Be purchased within the last 45 days, and
• Be returned in original packaging and unused condition.

Goods that cannot be returned include:

• Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom book covers, ghostwritten manuscripts).
• Digital downloads or services already rendered (e.g., editing, formatting, audiobook production once started).
• Items not suitable for return due to hygiene or legal reasons.
• Items inseparably mixed with other materials after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting these conditions.

4. Returning Goods

• Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning physical Goods.

• We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds cannot be issued without proof of delivery or receipt of returned Goods.

5. Gifts

• If Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

• If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift, or were sent to the gift giver to be later given to you, refunds will be issued to the gift giver.
