Revision Policy

At Amzn Book Publishers, we provide revisions according to the package selected. Customers can request unlimited free revisions at no extra charge, provided the content and concept remain the same.

Revision Turnaround Time: Standard revision turnaround is 48 hours.

Fair Usage Policy

To maintain efficiency, our unlimited revisions policy is capped at 30 revisions per project. Any additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges.

Refund Policy / Money-Back Guarantee

Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to protect both the Client and the Company. These terms apply in the event an order is canceled, unless Amzn Book Publishers cancels or terminates your contract for reasons unrelated to breach or non-performance.

General Refund Terms

• 1. Cancellation (within 24 hours):Eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. This does not apply if initial content/designs have been delivered or if revisions were requested within the 24-hour window.
• 2. Pre-delivery Refund:If requested before initial content delivery, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
• 3. Post-delivery Refund:
  • Within 48 hours of delivery: Eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% fee).
  • Between 48–120 hours of delivery: Eligible for a 33% refund (less 10% fee).
  • After 120 hours: No refund will be entertained. However, clients are encouraged to contact support for resolution

4. Order Inactivity:

No refund will be entertained if no action is taken on an order for 30+ days. Reactivation fees may apply.

5. Final Deliverables:

No refund will be processed once final files have been delivered.

6. Refund Validity:

Refunds are only applicable if the content fails to meet the agreed brief. If revisions can resolve the concern, a refund will not be granted.

7. Good Faith Requirement:

Refunds are only valid if the order was placed in good faith. Orders placed with multiple agencies for the same project to claim a refund will not be honored.

8. Customer Feedback:

Client involvement is essential. Refunds cannot be claimed if feedback was not provided during the project.

9. Unique Content:

We guarantee 100% originality. In rare cases of resemblance with existing work, we will revise/redraw at no additional cost. However, it is the client’s responsibility to secure copyright for their artwork.

Service-Specific Refund Policies

• Book Cover Design: No refund after approval or revision request.
• Audiobook Publishing: No refund once narration/production has begun.
• Book Publishing:No refund after formatting or upload to publishing platforms.
• Book Printing:No refund once printing has started.
• Book Writing:No refund once the initial draft has been delivered
• Book Editing:No refund once editing has begun.
• Logo Design:No refund after final approval.
• Website Design & Development:No refund after website completion or launch.

Important Notes

• Once a refund is issued, all rights to the delivered content revert to Amzn Book Publishers. You may not use, publish, or display any versions of refunded content.
• We may share copyright acquisition details with Government Copyright Agencies to prevent the unauthorized reuse of refunded content.
